SECTION 01: General Rules
01.01 - Random Death Match (RDM), The act of randomly injuring or reducing another players health, is prohibited.
01.02 - Breaking New Life Rule (NLR), The act of returning to a place of death within 5 minutes, or using information from a previous life, is prohibited.
01.03 - Breaking Fear Role Play (FearRP), The act of failing to follow command when at gun point or failing to show value for your life, is prohibited.
01.04 - Random Arrest (RDA), The act of Randomly Arresting a player, is prohibited.
01.05 - Baton Rush, The act of arresting someone during Combat, is prohibited.
01.06 - If an action that would otherwise breach a rule is appropriately Role-played, and has valid grounds, it is acceptable (At an admins discretion).
01.07 - Hacking or intentional use of exploits and glitches is prohibited. Report all found exploits/glitches to a staff member.
01.08 - Mic Spam and Chat Spam are prohibited.
01.09 - You are required to have a Role Play Name (RP Name).
01.10 - Black coloured Phys-gun's are prohibited.
01.11 - Respect all players outside of Role Play. Discrimination in all forms will not be tolerated.
01.12 - Prop Spam or actions that may otherwise crash the server and/or cause game breaking issues will not be tolerated.
01.13 - Advertisement of other servers, communities or services is prohibited.
01.14 - Power Game, The act of forcing Role Play situations that would require another to play along, is prohibited.
01.14 - Power Game is acceptable when FearRP is active (Taking a players communications while holding them at gunpoint, etc).
01.15 - Respect the Staff Member(s) decisions.
01.16 - Prop Abuse (Blocking areas, Killing with props, Surfing on Props) is prohibited.
01.17 - Players must actively attempt to Role Play. Printer Farming etc and avoiding Role Play is prohibited.
01.18 - Failure to know the rules is not valid grounds for breaking the rules.
SECTION 02: Building/Prop Rules
02.01 - A maximum of 2 fading doors inside a base only.
02.02 - All Fading Door Keypads must last a minimum of 5 seconds.
02.03 - All Fading Door's must have a keypad on both sides of the door, in visible sight, within reasonable distance of the target door.
02.04 - Kill holes or tunneling is prohibited.
02.05 - One way props are prohibited.
02.06 - Having more than two (2) layers of fading doors is prohibited.
02.07 - Blocking map properties such as doors is acceptable, as long as the region beyond said door is still accessible.
02.08 - You must enter the code into a keypad to enter a base, no pressing the "Fade" key to get through quicker.
02.09 - You cannot have 100% black props or invisible props.
SECTION 03: Combat/Raid Rules
03.01 - Buying health during combat and/or raid situations is prohibited.
03.02 - Killing or damaging unarmed players is prohibited, unless within RP terms (Execution, etc).
03.03 - Murder is allowed under extreme RP circumstances.
03.04 - Hostage taking is allowed within Role Play grounds.
03.05 - Mugging is allowed within Role Play grounds.
03.06 - Holding Government Members at gunpoint for Police Department Codes etc, is allowed.
03.07 - Raiding does NOT need to be announced.
SECTION 04: Citizen (Job Specific) Rules
04.01 - The following rules apply to the Citizen, Banker, Wire Tech, News Cameraman, Radio Host and Theater Manager Jobs.
04.02 - Citizens act as generic RP jobs. Their objective can vary greatly, but must not involve combat and/or raid related themes.
04.03 - Citizens (Generic Only), may have Weapons for Role Play purposes.
SECION 05: Law Enforcement (Job Specific) Rules
05.01 - The following rules apply to the Police, Police Chief, SWAT, SWAT Chief and under some circumstances Undercover Cop Jobs.
05.02 - Law Enforcement must respond to Crimes.
05.03 - Law Enforcement must obey their superior ranking officers. (Police < SWAT = Undercover Cop < Police Chief = SWAT Commander < Mayor)
05.04 - Law Enforcement require a Warrant to search properties.
05.05 - Law Enforcement require a Valid Reason to request a Warrant.
05.06 - Law Enforcement CAN NOT kill unless it is their only remaining option (Gang Shootouts, Hostage sits, etc).
05.07 - Law Enforcement can only arrest if someone has broken one of the laws listed on the Mayor's law board.
05.08 - Law Enforcement can use their handcuffs if they believe that someone poses an immediate threat.
05.09 - Law Enforcement can only Weapon Check with consent, or in valid circumstances (Citizen entering PD, Citizen in crime scene, etc).
05.10 - Law Enforcement must Role Play the arrest of a Player. [Arresting without stating reason, etc, is prohibited].
SECION 05A: Corrupt Law Enforcement (Custom Job Specific) Rules
05A.01 - Jobs listed in Rule 05.01 can become 'Corrupt' by using the '/job xxxx' command to place 'Corrupt' before their originating job title.
05A.02 - Corrupt Law Enforcement do NOT need to abide by rules 05.02 through 05.09 (05.10 must still be abided, however invalid reasons can be used).
05A.03 - Corrupt Law Enforcement can be bribed by others to turn a blind eye.
05A.04 - Corrupt Law Enforcement can work with Criminal Groups (Inside man, etc).
05A.05 - Corrupt Law Enforcement may rebel against their own Government (Request the Mayor to step down).
SECTION 06:M Gang Member (Job Specific) Rules
06.01 - The following rules apply to the God Father, Mafia, Triad Leader, Triad.
06.02 - Each gangs respective leader must be present during a raid.
06.03 - If a respective gang's leader is killed during a combat and/or raid situation, that situation's objective must cease.
06.04 - A gang leader may not initiate raid and/or combat situations alone. At least 2 other gang members must be present to initiate only.
06.05 - Respective gangs may initiate gang wars with other gangs.
06.06 - Respective gangs may work together, however not base together, or within small distance of one another.
SECTION 07: Thief
07.01 - The following rules apply to the Thief.
07.02 - Thieves may raid by themselves.
07.03 - Thieves may not base with or directly work for and/or with other criminal gangs.
07.04 - There is no limit to the amount of thieves that may work with one another.
07.05 - Thieves may assist other gangs and/or criminals during combat/raid situations mutually.
SECTION 08: Mercenary (Job Specific) Rules
08.01 - The following rules apply to the Mercenary Job.
08.02 - Mercenaries may be hired by anyone.
08.03 - Mercenaries may be hired for any purpose within acceptable RP grounds. (Being hired to murder everyone in the streets is still RDM).
08.04 - Any amount of Mercenaries may be hired by an individual or group.
08.05 - Mercenaries may act as a private military (etc), for an individual and/or group, including the government.
08.06 - Mercenaries can not hire Mercenaries.
08.07 - Mercenaries cannot commit criminal activities unless hired and ordered to commit said activity.
SECTION 09: Hitman (Job Specific) Rules
09.01 - The following rules apply to the Hitman and Assassin Jobs.
09.02 - Hitmen may not accept hits on the same person that has requested the hit.
09.03 - After you have completed a hit, you must wait 5 minutes before accepting another
09.04 - The person that places a hit is required to give the hitman a valid RP reason for the hit. (RDM still applies).
09.05 - The minimum price for a hit is $500. (/hitprice <amount>) to make it higher.
09.06 - Hitmen/Assassin's may not work privately for individuals, groups or gangs.
09.07 - Hitmen may not accept hits requested from other hitmen.
09.08 - Hitmen may kill other players within reasonable RP grounds, to achieve murdering their target. (Killing Police to get to get to the Mayor, etc).
09.09 - Hitmen may raid buildings only to achieve murdering their target. (Raiding Bloodz base to kill leader, etc). Stealing is prohibited.
SECTION 10: Gun Dealer (Job Specific) Rules
10.01 - The following rules apply to the Gun Dealer and Black Market Dealer (BMD) Jobs.
10.02 - All Gun Dealer's (BMD exempt) must have a shop setup in order to sell guns/weapons.
10.03 - Gun Dealer's must sell to the public.
10.04 - BMD's may work with or for criminal gangs or groups privately, supplying them directly.
10.05 - Private BMD's may not assist gangs with criminal activities and combat and/or raid situations.
10.06 - BMD's supply illegal weapons (Unless void by Mayor's Laws), and thus, should refrain from selling in public. (Sewers, alleyways etc).
10.07 - Gun Dealer's and/or BMD's may not work together in any combination.
SECTION 11: Security Guard (Job Specific) Rules
11.01 - The following rules apply to the Security Guard Jobs.
11.02 - Security Guards cannot work for free.
11.03 - Security Guards are to only be hired for the purpose of protecting a property or grounds.
11.03.A - Security Guards may not multi-work as other jobs. (Running the counter of a gunstore, etc).
SECTION 12: Mayor (Job Specific) Rules
12.01 - The following rules apply to the Mayor Job.
12.02 - You must have a proper reason to issue a lockdown. Say the reason in an advert before using /lockdown
12.03 - The Mayor may create any laws that don't breach currently standing server rules. (Murder is allowed, etc, as this would still classify as RDM).
12.04 - The Mayor may own a weapon depending on their RP stance as Mayor. (Mayor, Corrupt Mayor, Dictator, etc). (Use good RP).
12.05 - The Mayor may not work with gangs and/or criminal groups directly, but may do things for them. (Make laws in their favour, etc).
12.06 - The Mayor can not spam the lottery feature. Only issue a lottery roughly every 10 minutes.
12.07 - If the Mayor is killed, that user may not run for Mayor, until after there has been another user as Mayor. (At staff's discretion).
SECTION 13: Drug Dealer (Job Specific) Rules
13.01 - The following rules apply to the Drug Dealer Job.
13.02 - A drug dealer can base with other drug dealers.
13.03 - Drug dealers must actively attempt to Role Play. Farming drugs, without implementing RP aspects is prohibited, and goes hand-in-hand with Rule 01.17.
13.04 - Drug dealers can not spawn entities on the streets and/or in public.
13.05 - Drug dealers can not initiate raid situations, however they may initiate combat situations within RP grounds.
SECTION 14: Hobo (Job Specific) Rules
14.01 - The Hobo is allowed to purchase any weapons. Weapons given to a Hobo are valid.
14.02 - The Hobo is not allowed to own doors, you must build on the streets.
14.03 - Hobo's may not build on the road in a way that voids that roads use of cars.
14.04 - You are allowed to microphone spam if you station yourself in an area in which you have built (e.g. place a couch, sit on it and stay there).
14.05 - You are not allowed to purchase Money Printers. Money Printers given to or found by a Hobo are valid.
14.06 - You may not participate in raids in a way that sees you acting as a criminal gang member. You may be hired for distraction purposes, etc.
14.07 - Hobo's may live within a gang or groups property and/or facilities.
14.08 - Hobo's may be hired for oddjob purposes by individuals and/or gangs, as long as RP is in evident use.
SECTION 15: Bartender (Job Specific) Rules
15.01 - The Bartender may carry a weapon. (Shotgun is recommended for good RP).
15.02 - The Bartender may hire Drug Dealers.
15.03 - The Bartender must have a Bar to sell his/her product.
15.04 - The Bartender may be hired privately by a gang or group, however rule 17.03 still applies in such cases.
15.05 - The Bartender may not participate in raid activity, etc.
SECTION 16 Doctor (Job Specific) Rules
16.01 - The Doctor may work with anyone.
16.02 - The Doctor may assist Criminal's and/or the Government during Combat only with healing.
16.03 - The Doctor may not participate in planned Combat.
16.04 - The Doctor may defend himself in needed.
16.05 - If a Doctor's Gang / Group's Leader is killed during Combat / Raid, the Doctor must leave said situation.
16.06 - The Doctor may setup a shop / clinic.
16.07 - The Doctor may not purchase medical supplies during Combat or Serious RP Situations.
